Bauer Pottery early Matt Carlton 7.75" hand thrown vase Delph Blue glaze VG-EX!

Description

Up for bid is a Bauer Pottery early Matt Carlton hand thrown vase measuring 7.75" tall. This vase is covered in Bauer's Delph Blue glaze which is a rare color for Matt Carlton pieces. This vase is in very good condition with no cracks, crazing, or repairs. There is a small chip on the foot of the vase (please see photo 8) that has smooth edges and so, at best, it's original to production and, at worst, is a very old chip. This vase has some glaze irregularities, please see all photos, that are all original to production and typical for early 20th century, hand thrown, household pottery. I also offer free local pick up, on all of my auctions, for high bidders living in the Southern California area.
